Delayed, Lost, Damaged, or Returned Packages

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Once your package has been scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS), it is considered in the carrier’s possession and control. At that point, My Greek Boutique is no longer responsible for transit delays, delivery issues, or carrier handling.

We do not have access to information beyond what appears in the carrier’s tracking updates.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES & INSURANCE

All shipments include up to $100 carrier insurance coverage for loss or damage.

If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, the customer must first contact the shipping carrier and file a search request or claim.

Insurance claims are not automatic.
The carrier must investigate and determine that the package is officially lost or damaged before any claim can be approved.

If additional shipping insurance is desired, please contact us before placing your order so we can assist with adding coverage.


DELIVERED BUT MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking shows your order as “Delivered”, but you cannot locate it:

  1. Contact the carrier to verify the delivery location

  2. Check with neighbors or your local delivery office

  3. Report potential theft to local authorities if necessary

Orders marked as delivered will not be refunded or replaced.


INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is undeliverable, returned to sender, or delivered incorrectly due to an address provided at checkout:

  • We are not responsible if the package does not reach you or is not returned to us

  • If returned to us, it will be processed as a return

  • A 20% restocking fee may apply

  • Original shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable

  • Store credit will be issued for the remaining balance
