Returns, Exchanges & Disclaimers

My Greek Boutique does not issue refunds, but we’re happy to offer an exchange or a store credit for the return of eligible items.

HOW THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS WORKS

1. Submit your request through the Returns Portal (Link below)

2. The portal will generate your prepaid return label

3. Label fees are paid during submission

4. Send your item back using the provided label

5. Once received and inspected:

   • Store credit will be issued OR

   • Your exchange item will automatically ship

No additional steps are required after submission.

EXCHANGES (WITHIN 14 DAYS ONLY)

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

For exchanges:

• Customers pay the return label fee to send the original item back

• Customers also pay the shipping label fee for the replacement item

• Both labels are purchased during the portal submission

Once we receive your item, the replacement will ship automatically.

Exchanges are not available after day 14.

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT (UP TO 30 DAYS)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Days 1–14 → return | no restock fee

• Days 15–30 → return | 20% restock fee

• After day 30 → returns NOT accepted

STORE CREDIT DETAILS

Store credit:

• Issued for the amount paid for the item(s) only

• Taxes and original shipping are not included
  

• Never expires

• Can be used on eligible merchandise only

• Shipping and taxes must be paid at checkout

WHY SALES TAX IS NOT INCLUDED

Sales tax is collected and remitted to the appropriate state at the time your order is placed. Because that tax has already been paid to the state, it cannot be returned when store credit is issued.

A refund would reverse the transaction and return the tax. Store credit does not reverse the original order, so the tax remains remitted.

PROMOTIONAL / BOGO RETURNS

Promotions are conditional on keeping qualifying items.

If an item that qualified your order for the discount code is returned, your store credit will be adjusted to reflect the price the remaining item would have been without the promotion.

Example:
If you purchase a hoodie for $75 and receive a $65 sweatshirt for $39 using a BOGO 40% promotion, the discount depends on keeping both items.

If the hoodie is returned, the sweatshirt returns to its regular $65 price. Your store credit for the hoodie would be adjusted to $49.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY & ITEM CONDITION

Items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition

• Tags attached

• Free of stains, scent, deodorant, makeup, or pet hair

Items returned not meeting these standards may be rejected.

If rejected:

• The item may be returned to you at your expense, or

• Discarded if return shipping is not paid

Unauthorized returns sent without portal submission will incur additional fees or be refused.

DEFECTIVE, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a defective item, incorrect item, or believe something is missing from your order, please email us first for review and further instructions.

Your email must be sent within 7 days of delivery and should include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item(s) received

• Photo of your packing slip and all packaging.

Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be approved.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

The following items are final sale and not eligible for store credit:

• Custom or personalized items

• Sequin apparel

• Robes, bonnets, pillowcases

• Hats & beanies

• Purses or bags

• Drinkware

• Swimwear

• Jewelry, pins, charms, pearl collars

• Phone, computer, or car accessories
  

• Umbrellas

• Canvases & puzzles

• Clearance, Final Sale, bundle deals, Unreal Deal$, bulk orders

• Items missing tags or showing wear or damage

• Items purchased at in-person events

COLOR DISCLAIMER

We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and photography.

Returns based solely on minor color variation are not eligible for covered return shipping.

By purchasing, you accept this possibility.

RETURN COMPLIANCE RULES

• Returns must be submitted through the portal before being mailed

• Returns sent without portal submission may be refused or incur additional fees

• Items returned not in original condition may be rejected

• If rejected, the item may be returned to you at your expense or discarded if return shipping is not paid

• Packages returned to us by the shipping carrier due to incorrect or incomplete address will be processed as a return and may be subject to a restocking fee
