My Greek Boutique does not offer refunds, but will gladly offer a store credit in the form of a non-expiring e-gift card for the return of any eligible items requested within 10 days of delivery.
The store credit is for the cost paid for the item. Whether you paid full price or used a discount code, you will receive the amount you paid minus the original shipping fee.
BOGO / Promotional Returns
For BOGO promotions (such as Buy One, Get One 40% Off), the discount is conditional. The promotion requires keeping the full-price item in order to receive 40% off the second item. If the full-price item is returned, the promotion is no longer valid. In that case, your store credit will be adjusted to reflect what the order total would have been without the promotion.
Example:
If you buy a hoodie for $75 and use a BOGO 40% off code to get a sweatshirt for $39 instead of $65, the sweatshirt’s discount only applies because the hoodie was also purchased. If the hoodie is returned, the sweatshirt goes back to its regular $65 price. This means your store credit for the hoodie will be $75 minus the $26 difference on the sweatshirt, so the credit would be $49.
Exchanges on BOGO Purchases
If you purchased an item during a BOGO promotion and need a different size of the exact same item, we will honor the price you originally paid. In this case, we will create a one-time discount code so you can reorder that same item at the same price, even if the promotion has ended.
Please note:
- This applies only to the same item in a different size or color.
- If the item is out of stock or you choose a different product, the discount no longer applies. Your store credit will be based on the adjusted price after the promotion is reversed, and we will not issue a discount code for another product.
Important Notice:
- Unless item defect is an issue, returns are at the customer's expense.
- We do not cover return shipping cost for items delayed in transit, potentially arriving later than expected, as transit delays are completely beyond our control.

Product defects or missing items MUST be reported within 3 days of delivery. If we determine that the product is in fact defective or missing from your order, you may receive a refund or reshipment; your choice.

- Purses or bags of any kind

- Canvases & puzzles
- Sale or clearance items, bundle deals, Unreal Deal$, & bulk orders
- Any regularly priced merchandise with missing tags, signs of wear, strong scent, pet hair, makeup, deodorant, and/or stains.
To begin the return process, please email your request within 10 days of delivery to help@mygreekboutique.co along with your order #, the reason for exchange, a picture of your packing slip, and supporting photos of the item/s you received if the exchange is due to damage, defect, incomplete, or incorrect merchandise.
- Once your request has been approved, please mail merchandise back within 7 business days, & allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed and your store credit to be emailed.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!
- Returns/Exchanges sent back to return address in original condition without prior approval will be charged a 50% restock fee, which will be deducted from store credit. This does not apply to made-to-order or ineligible for return items. No credit will be issued for the unauthorized return of such items!
- Items sent back no longer in original condition will be returned to sender if USPS allows. If not, you will be invoiced and responsible for covering the return shipping cost if you’d like your item back. If invoice is not paid within 7 days, item will be discarded. No exceptions!
- Returns/Exchanges sent back outside of the 7 business days allowed (*after receiving return authorization) will be charged a 20% restock fee.
- Returns sent back by shipping carrier due to incomplete or incorrect address, will be processed as a return & a store credit will be issued minus original shipping fee.
Color Disclaimer
Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s color, actual colors may vary slightly due to different device screen settings, the lighting at time of photoshoot, and other factors. My Greek Boutique will not cover return costs for item not being the exact color as the picture. In purchasing from My Greek Boutique, you agree to accept the small risk that there may be a slight variation between the actual product color and the digital image.
